Crick Woodlands provides two areas to explore,

Crick Millennium Wood and Crick Jubilee Wood.

Climbing the adjacent Cracks Hill offers visitors 360 degree panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the Grand Union Canal. Wander through our spring wildflower meadows, or just sit and enjoy the ambience.

Picnic tables, educational and contemplation areas are located around the site for everyone to use, but please refrain from using portable BBQ’s.

Free parking for cars is available at the entrance to Jubilee Wood and disabled access with suitable equipment.

Dogs are welcome, but please use leads where appropriate and the waste bins provided.

Follow signs for Crick Sports complex and Jubilee Wood. Keep left through the car park and follow the track past the playing fields. 5mph speed limit. Gates locked at: 8pm from May to September

By Car On foot What to see

Open all year with access from Yelvertoft Road by the war memorial. From Fallowfields over the bypass footbridge or from Crick bypass eastern roundabout along Crick Bridleway.Grand Union Canal access at Bridges 13 and 14

Cracks Hill (22acres) a glacial moraine created in the last Ice Age overlooks Millennium Wood (7.5acres) planted in 2003 and Jubilee Wood (12.5acres) established in 2013, both consisting of broadleaf and conifers with picnic and contemplation areas.
